St Nicholas, Grosmont, Monmouthshire This beautiful seventeenth century sandstone slab, which had been severely deteriorated by moisture penetration was consolidated, cleaned and re-located on a new sandstone corbel.

Conservation of statuary and carved stone detail is a major element of our work. We are experienced in dealing with the problems of a wide variety of stone types, including limestone and sandstone, slate, marble and alabaster. Work ranges from sensitive surface repair and cleaning to structural repair and may be site based or undertaken in the workshop.
